Use AI to explore options or reduce routine work while retaining the reasoning: examine assumptions, verify consequential claims and own the decision.
Should I choose the book, video, audio or practice companion?
The book provides the foundation; planned core and focused videos offer structured study; audio supports revisiting ideas; practice companions support applying them. Courses and audio are not released, and recording languages remain unconfirmed. The About film is an introduction, not a course.
How can an organization apply this?
Start from a real decision, identify affected stakeholders and clarify decision, review and execution responsibility. Agree measures such as rework or decision time for the project, without assuming guaranteed ROI.
