Look up an order using the number from your confirmation email.
What each status means
- Pending
- Waiting for payment confirmation from NewebPay.
- Paid
- Confirmed by a verified payment notification; access is granted.
- Failed
- The payment did not succeed. Nothing was charged.
- Cancelled
- The order was cancelled before payment.
- Refunded
- The payment was returned and access removed.
